Competition

Dendy Park is one of the strongest competition clubs in Australia winning numerous Tennis Victoria and previously LTAV Pennants at all grades over our history. Great pennant players and former Club Champions including Neale Fraser, Will Coghlan, Terry Payton, Mark Hartnett, Andrew McLean, Lorraine Robinson and Lynne Nette have represented the Club.

Dendy Park Tennis Club is one of the great Melbourne tennis club's in which you can improve the standard of your competition play.

Tennis Victoria Pennant
Men’s Pennant
In 2012 we expect to provide a range of opportunities for our 80 Men’s pennant players including:
• Grade 1 (two teams)
• Grade 2 (two teams)
• Grade 4 (two teams)
• Grade 6
• Grade 8
• Grade 9 (two teams)
• Grade 11
• Seniors Grade 3

Ladies Pennant
Dendy Park also expects to provide tremendous opportunities for our 30 Ladies pennant players including:
• Premier League
• Grade 1
• Grade 2
• Grade 4
• Grade 5

The Club continues to look for Ladies Pennant players at all levels to help develop the participation of woman in tennis.

Club Pennant Secretary Barry Pryor organizes Tennis Victoria Pennant teams. Indications of interest from players is normally required in the month of January prior to the season commencement in April each year.

Junior Competition

Dendy Park fields teams at all levels for all age groups of participation in Moorabbin and District Junior Competition and Bayside Regional Competition. Club Professional Dean Ellis organizes these teams.

Summer Competition

Dendy Park fields a range of Men’s and Ladies teams in Bayside Regional summer competition.
